For Nurseries & Schools

I work with nurseries and early years settings who want to bring Montessori inspired and respectful principles into their daily practice, team culture, and leadership.

I also support settings with team development, staff wellbeing, leadership, and parent engagement.

Many schools are already doing beautiful work. My role is to support you in refining and aligning your philosophy with your classroom realities, in ways that feel practical and sustainable for you and your team.

This work is especially helpful for settings who feel that while their values are clear, the daily experience on the floor sometimes feels rushed or harder than it needs to be.

I support teams in bringing more clarity, calm and confidence into how adults show up, how children are understood, and how boundaries and emotions are held.

In Practice

I work with nurseries in different ways, depending on what your setting needs.

Sometimes this is a one-off advisory session around a specific challenge or Montessori inspired practice.

Sometimes it is a short series of sessions to support implementation or team development.

And sometimes it is ongoing advisory support over several months as you refine practice, support your team, and embed changes sustainably.

We always start with your reality, not a pre-designed program.

Most practice and implementation work is designed as custom support, scoped after an initial enquiry, based on your setting, your team, and your constraints.

My Approach

I am not an external consultant who has only studied early years education from books or training programmes.

I founded and ran my own Montessori school in London for seven years. I have lived the reality of running a nursery — the staffing challenges, parent communication, behaviour issues, emotional overload, operational pressure, financial stress, and the constant tension between ideals and what is actually possible day to day.

I know first-hand how hard it is to translate beautiful educational philosophy into real classroom life.

Before founding my school, I worked in corporate finance and held senior leadership roles. That experience gave me a deep understanding of systems, structure, operations, and team leadership — and how easily things fall apart when systems are unclear or unrealistic.

Over the years, I have also invested heavily in professional development and training. While much of it was inspiring, I often found that it was difficult to implement practically in a real nursery environment with real staff, real parents, and real constraints.

Individualised approach

This is why my support is different.

I don’t offer abstract theory, idealised models, or one-size-fits-all frameworks. I work in a grounded, practical way, drawing on:

My experience of founding and running a Montessori school.

• My background in psychology and child development.

• My corporate and operational leadership experience.

• The real mistakes I have made and the lessons I have learned.

• The everyday realities nursery owners and teams face.

My aim is always to leave you with clarity, practical direction, and changes you can actually implement — not just ideas that sound good on paper.

Montessori Inspired Practice Support

I support nurseries, day cares and schools in translating Montessori principles into everyday classroom life — beyond theory and idealised setups.

This includes how adults prepare the environment, structure routines, support independence, and hold boundaries in ways that feel calm, respectful, and developmentally attuned.

This work is especially helpful for settings who describe or want to describe themselves as Montessori inspired and want more clarity and confidence about what that actually means in daily practice.

This support is usually delivered as a short series of sessions or a custom workshop, depending on your setting.

I can support your team with:

• Understanding the Montessori principles in a simple, non-dogmatic way.

• Translating the philosophy into routines, transitions, and adult behaviour.

• Supporting children’s independence without pressure or power struggles.

• Creating calmer rhythms and clearer expectations for children.

Individualised approach

Staff & Team Support

Much of what happens in a classroom is shaped by adult stress levels, emotional awareness, and the internal culture of the team.

I support nursery teams in strengthening how the staff work together, communicate, and care for themselves as well as for children.

This work recognises that working with young children is emotionally demanding, often invisible work. It carries responsibility, pressure, and a level of emotional labour that can easily spill into other areas of life — and be affected by what adults are carrying from outside the setting.

I know this from experience: from leading teams in my own school, and from many years working with adults in high-responsibility environments.

My support is not performance management and not generic training. It is grounded, psychologically informed team support that helps adults feel more resourced, more aware, and more supported in the realities of their work.

Individualised approach

This can include:

• Reflective team sessions around real classroom challenges.

• Strengthening self-regulation.

• Supporting adults in managing stress and emotional load.

• Improving communication and team coherence.

• Supporting leadership with the human side of management.

• Reducing burnout and supporting long-term sustainability.

The aim is always the same: to support the people who support children, so that the environment becomes calmer, healthier, and more sustainable for everyone.

Talks & Workshops for Parents

I offer talks and workshops for parents within nursery and school communities on conscious parenting and Montessori at home.

These sessions, hosted by the school, are designed to help parents better understand the educational approach and create more consistency between home and school.

This work strengthens relationships between families and schools and supports parents in responding to behaviour, boundaries, and emotions in ways that align with your values.

Topics include:

• Montessori principles at home, simplified for real life.

How to support autonomy without pressure or power struggles.

The adult role: tone, presence, boundaries, and guidance.

Creating calm, connected routines and rhythms.

Practical guidance you can apply immediately at home.

Creating with ease Montessori home environment.

Individualised approach

Advisory & Leadership Consultation

I offer one-off advisory sessions for nursery owners, managers, and leadership teams who want a focused, practical conversation about a specific challenge or decision.

This is different than a generic consultancy call. It is grounded support drawing on my experience of founding and running a Montessori school, my years leading teams in both education and corporate environments and my background in psychology, leadership, and systems.

Individualised approach

These sessions are especially helpful for:

• Leadership and management challenges.

• Staff issues or difficult team dynamics.

• Parent communication and boundary setting.

• Operational or structural questions.

• Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to proceed.

The aim is to help you see more clearly from a wider perspective, and leave with practical direction you can act on.
